About Us
At Serenity Haven Oasis Health & Wellness Group, we believe that true healing happens when care is rooted in dignity, compassion, and connection. Founded by Taundria Henderson, our organization was born from a personal calling to bridge the gap in services for individuals often overlooked — those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, veterans, seniors, and the disabled.
We are a private, community-based organization committed to delivering whole-person care. With a strong foundation in health services, supportive housing, and wellness, our goal is to uplift communities through comprehensive, culturally responsive care. Whether it’s through licensed homes, in-home support, or day services — we are here to be your trusted partner in health and healing.
